Are you a graduate ( or equivalent qualification ) looking to start your career as a Customer Service Administrator ?

Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills ?

Your duties will be many and varied but your primary focus is to provide administrative and operational support to a busy sales team which will include:

Answering customer calls and dealing with queries

Providing pricing information and responding to all product enquiries

Create and update marketing and support material for the sales team

Attend sales team meetings and provide support to the managers

Dealing with orders and delivery issues

Full Administration and Customer Service support.
