Introduction:

n this newly created role at a pivotal time for the HR team, you will be building a high performing global HR delivery team that drives results through the focus of making HR adaptable, scalable and efficient.

You'll be driving improvements through standardising, automating and consolidating processes as well as identifying problem areas, troubleshooting issues and recommending and implementing solutions


You'll drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR delivery team and monitor performance of the team against defined performance/quality standards, which you will help shape.


Accountabilities:

  • Oversee all core HR delivery activity, including but not limited to 1st Tier HR enquiries, all employee life cycle transactions, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
  • Lead the global delivery team, including coaching, training, and developing team members to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction as well as their own engagement
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure continuous evaluation
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Develop and deliver HR metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of your hub and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Experience leading a global HR shared services team
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience managing a team and leading through change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and influence colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with HR information systems and technologies
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An interest in healthy debate
  • In this role your will be expected to be able to operate strategically but also comfortable contributing at an operational level
