ABOUT THE ROLE

Delivery of NSE Targets (60%)

  • In conjunction with Product Sales Directors, Regional Directors, and Education Recruitment Directors, Conversions develop and deliver intake strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of Partner NSE targets and effective pipeline management activity across source markets for an agreed portfolio of centres.
  • Manage relationships with Centre Directors, Heads of Student Experience, Learning Delivery Directors, Partner Admissions Managers, and Heads of Product Marketing in relation in relation to the achievement of program/centre NSE budget and profitability targets.
  • Identify shortterm tactical actions to drive NSE volumes (eg: term dates, entry requirements, discounts, additional agent incentives etc).

University Partnership Management (40%)

  • In conjunction with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Partnership Team, Learning Experience, Student Experience) maintain close relationships with key recruitment contacts leading on tactical sales activity in allocated UK University Partners.
  • On the gotomarket plans for relevant products, working closely with University Partners, Regional Directors, Education Recruitment Directors and colleagues in Product and Customer Marketing to develop and execute campaign plans and strategies to deliver on NSEs, diversity targets etc.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Directors and Education recruitment Directors to ensure the gotomarket plans are executed in accordance with the plan.
  • Lead the implementation and review of collaborative recruitment activities (as detailed in the gotomarket plan) with University Partners.
  • Report on sales performance and provide feedback and insights to University partners on a wide range of market and product insights (eg: pricing, positioning) to build/refine the development of existing or new products
  • Attend monthly/quarterly University Partner Sales & Marketing meetings
  • Support the development and delivery of the Annual/Five Year Partner Plan, and attend Steering Meetings as required.
  • Act as a point of escalation for allocated Partners on all matters pertaining to Sales operations ensuring Partner Satisfaction is always maintained/improved.

ABOUT YOU

  • Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
  • A good understanding of the international education market and the needs of students in source markets.
  • Experience working in an international corporate/matrix environment
  • Experience working with a CRM and using data/reporting to drive decision making
