    Description
    Job Title: Antenatal Services Matron

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated midwife to lead our antenatal team across two sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the woman and her family have the best possible experience, working closely with multiple specialist services.

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a senior midwife with management experience and a vast knowledge of antenatal services. As Antenatal Services Matron, you will lead a team of midwives and develop practice as a midwifery expert, providing advice and leadership to colleagues in the organisation.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead the antenatal team across two sites
    • Develop and implement safe and high-quality care for women with complex needs
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
