Business Analyst Change London
This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a strong Business Analyst to join the central change projects team in this financial technology business

As the Business Analyst, you will be a key voice from day one on the full change lifecycle, from carrying out initial analysis and scoping, through to requirements gathering, working with stakeholders, and then leading on the definition, detailed analysisand follow the change through to development and with the product team

As the Business Analyst, you will be joining the Central Change team who take ownership of projects across the entire company.

These projects are primarily technology focused projects but do cover all of change

What is especially interesting about this team is that rather than as a Business Analyst, you are aligned to one narrow product area, you will cover change across the full business

You will be assigned to a change project from day one, scoping out the project, running business cases, following through requirements, taking ownership of discovery, definition and detailed analysis through the full business requirement document, followingthe change through to development and product release

This is a really interesting Business Analyst role, where you will be invoked through the product lifecycle from day one, and see your change all the way through

Role requirements

Background as a Business Analyst
Experience working on technically focused projects
Confident running up front analysis, working with stakeholders and managing through the full project lifecycle
As this is a central change team, it is really important that you are very confident Interacting with different teams of stakeholders and developers
Financial services, or spread betting/ trading is beneficial but not essential as long as you are interested in this area
