Description

The objective of this role is to support our Technical Operations teams as they conduct their day to day responsibilities.


Responsibilities:


This role is responsible for ensuring that the Head of Information Security and IT and the teams in this function are supported in their day to day work, meeting deadlines and adhering to internal processes.

The role is focused on the London office but will involve alignment with Trayport's subsidiary offices in Austria, Germany and Singapore.

The below lists some tasks required to undertake the role but are not limited to:


  • To be a trusted and knowledgeable goto person for the team and deliver quality timely assistance
  • Managing shift allocation, holiday requests, general administrative support, training & induction scheduling and equipment management
  • Budget management for the IT, Operations and Information Security team: working closely with the teams to help understand budgets and tracking on an ongoing basis
  • Administrating the risk register for the function, ensuring that owners understand their responsibilities and updating task as required
  • Scheduling travel arrangements, booking offsites, functions and social events
  • Diary Management and ad hoc arrangements for the Head of Information Security and IT and the IT management team
  • Meetings coordination, attendance and minute taking
  • Pulling together stats and metrics for internal and external IT reporting
The Person

  • Essential_
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good general understanding of technology and software
  • Outstanding organisation and prioritization skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience of client communication and interaction
  • Desirable_
  • Previous experience of working in an administration/support capacity
  • Experience in using Workday
  • Experience in using ServiceNow for reporting purposes
