Administrator (Apprentice)


In order to support the Car Department administration team with their daily workload, we are looking for an
Administrator (Apprentice).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in commencing / developing a career within Administration.

As part of this role, you will be expected to study and pass a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (which we envisage will be for a period of 18 months).


Your role

  • Reporting to the Car Operations Manager, your duties will involve working independently or as part of a team and tasks will include developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. You will be required to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. The role involves demonstrating communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills, showing initiative and managing priorities and own time.

Your profile

  • Good communication, organisation and customer service skills are important, as well as the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. To demonstrate flexibility within the team is also important. You should have strong IT skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to use bespoke systems and databases.
