Sales Trainee Programme - (No experience needed)

About Cloud9 Fulfilment:

This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their path into a thriving and successful sales role.

This is a 6-month programme, yet it is a full-time contract with the plan to progress the successful applicant(s) into a full time Sales representative after this 6-month programme.

You will spend your initial 6-months learning from, shadowing and being immersed in our highly successful and experienced sales team.

One of the initial ways that we will use to help you to understand our business and sector is by working directly with our Sales Manager to help him quantify leads and identify potential future clients.

We want to clarify that this will not be a sales centre role and you will not be doing cold calls all day - we have an innovative software to allow us to identify clients who are looking for our services.

Sales experience is
not a requirement; we are more interested in
future potential than experience, this is why we are introducing a programme like this - we have a big belief in giving people a chance.

This is a
hands-on role, and you will need to
hit the ground running and approaching the role with
a strong can-do attitude is key to you doing this.

We will provide
all the training required, we will
invest in you as staff, and you will have the chance to work alongside top-level salespeople from day 1, who will help you in whatever way they can, alongside the tutorage of the trainee programme.

In return, you will have to
commit to the role from day one.

You will need excellent organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Working closely with our highly skilled sales teams to close big deals

Pay Information:

Pay will be the minimum wage for your age

We have an uncapped bonus scheme, that will be in effect from day 1
