Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in our Lincoln.

The Role:

Responsibility for the accuracy of drawings using Revit and or Autocad
Assist in the preparation of drawing packages, details and specifications.
Assist in running and coordinating projects with the wider team.
Assist in producing tender packages.
Support the company in achieving high quality working drawing production within your team.

Key skills and experience:

Autocad or Revit skills
Knowledge of building regulations and planning submissions
Considerable experience within a similar role working on education, blue light and housing schemes is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of the Building Regulations and the Planning process/discharge of conditions.
Considerable experience in the preparation of tender packages.
Enthusiasm for problem solving.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
Organised with an attention to detail.
Eager to learn and develop technical skills further.
Full UK driving licence.
