CSS are currently looking to recruit a Fruit Production Supervisor to join one of our clients teams based in Witham, Essex on a full time basis.

Working Schedule

Monday
Fridayy

8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Duties Will Include

Staff management and training
Performance management
Maintenance of quality standards
Maintenance of health & safety standards including Fire Marshal role on a daily basis
Accountable for Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives and the Hygiene Team
Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Salary
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
