Description
Customer Hire and Sales Coordinator required for our long established client based in Glasgow.

Your role will be to ensure all business between the customer and company are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Ensure the customers' requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively and in line with their agreements.

Raise all contracts on Movex accurately within an hour to prevent invoice queries

Liaise with depots regarding supplying of plant.

Oversee any problems regarding deliveries and use the escalation process where necessary.

Secure additional revenue through add on sales.

Ensure depots provide correct paperwork and details.

Ensure there are no collection notes outstanding for more than 3 days.

Liaise with Major Account Managers and provide updates and performance reports as required

Present damages within agreed timescales, obtain order numbers and keep spreadsheets up to date.

Collate weekly KPI information from all depots

Hours of work are 8am -5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am - 4pm on Friday. Future career opportunities and progression available.
