Home based - non regional (Quarterly travel maybe required into South East England)

Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000

The Role

This role will report to a Senior Bid Manager and will be responsible for creating technically sound and customer centric content for a large volume of bids across multiple service lines.

In addition, you will also focus on developing the look and feel of our bid documents in order for them to reflect the business culture and values.

You will also be encouraged within this role to use your creative flair to develop speculative proposals and go above the usual Q&A of Bid Writing.

A track record of success in winning and retaining contracts is also essential, particularly in grounds maintenance/arboriculture/landscaping/vegetation management services.

The Bid Management team operates at high pace with multiple internal stakeholders, therefore an ability to work collaboratively and well under pressure is essential.

In addition, you will need:

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Independently managing a fluctuating workload while keeping to tight deadlines
Strong organisational and analytical experience
Able to work independently with fluctuating workloads and to tight deadlines
Experience within the grounds maintenance/FM sector is highly desirable but not essential
