Car Sales Manager

Basic to £40k - OTE £55-£60k

5 Day Week

High End Independent Business

Horsham Area

Job Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a small sales team
  • Report to, and work alongside the site GM
  • Control stock purchasing/disposal
  • Deal with finance queries procedures
  • Direct sales team support if required

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience, main dealer, or independent background
  • Finance requirements aware
  • Used car purchasing experience

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary £35 £40k
  • Bonus scheme £15 £20k
  • 5day week including weekends
  • 22 days holiday + BH
  • Successful sales business
