NEW JUST IN - We are recruiting for a FREIGHT PROJECT MANAGER- to join a busy freight forwarder specializes within events You would be dealing with all modes of freight including imports and exports.


Duties would include:

  • Dealing with all modes imports & exports
- air/sea/road

  • Customs entries
  • Handling key accounts
  • Negotiating rates with airlines and overseas agents
  • Quoting customers
  • Completing awb's, ATA Carnets, bills of lading and customs entries
  • Project work live events including tours, live sports events & exhibitions
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with clients and overseas agents on a daily basis
  • Quoting customers
  • Handling any queries

Skills needed:

  • Must have event/ project experience
  • Freight forwarding experience
  • Experience dealing with both imports and exports
  • Customs entries
experience

  • Good commutation skills
