The Role
Key purpose of the role is to be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation also consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and with internal and external stakeholders in the region.
- Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service at an operational level
- Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
- Identifies and manages insurance claims
- Level 3 Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance
- Membership of a relevant professional body, RICS or CIOB
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
- Educated to degree level
- Repairs and maintenance experience within a local authority
- Travel and be flexible working hours
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
