This award winning Ladieswear retailer is going from strength to strength and achieving record breaking sales growth and double digit growth.

To support their success, they're seeking an experienced Ladieswear Buyer to join their jersey department.

You Will

Works with design and merchandising to build a commercial and inspirational range for the product area.
Source, select and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimum product, prices and terms of contract.
Product Develop directly with your supplier base
Effectively negotiate price and agree supplier contracts
Completes buying trips as needed within the UK and internationally
Presents selection meetings with your team
Attend weekly Fit & buy meetings
Support junior members of the team and help develop their buying skills

You must have

Good commercial awareness,
Be analytically minded as well as creative.
The ability to work well under pressure and to tight and often conflicting time frames
An excellent eye for ladieswear product and trends
Recent experience as a Ladieswear Buyer from another leading fashion retailer/brand and ideally have experience with the test and repeat ecommerce buying model
Confidence in decision making and influencing peers
