EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Some of your key accountabilities will be:

  • Lead the Contract Management Team with the responsibility for ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Be the Contract Expert for the team and ensure team members are compliant with contractual obligations, timescales and requirements.
  • Build excellent customer relationships and manage key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure risk mitigation to the business and the customer during any activities under the contract through the use of appropriate subcontracts and frameworks.
  • Be the Commercial lead for the team to ensure cost management, cost recovery and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Liaise with Severn Trent Group functions to ensure appropriate support services where required i.e. Group Commercial, Finance, P2P
  • Be accountable for the delivery of the monthly Financial Application to the customer to ensure accurate cost recovery for works undertaken both on the base contract and additional Project work.
  • Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth.
  • Support Project Delivery Team in tendering for additional works above the base contract

To be successful in this role, you would need to have proven experience of running an NEC3 contract, preferably with qualification to demonstrate along with experience of dealing with financial reporting and managing a team.
