A well established and highly reputable Tunbridge Wells law firm is currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.

The ideal applicant will have between 5-10 years PQE and combine this with an excellent quality of work and self-sufficiency.

There are opportunities to manage the department, allocating work where necessary and as a firm they are always on the lookout forfuture partners.


Responsibilities include:

  • Freehold and leasehold
  • Sales and Purchase
  • New builds
  • Reportages
  • Staircasing
  • Plots sales advantageous not essential

Salary:
Competitive based on experience and technical ability

Hours:
Monday - Friday

Tunbridge Wells
