We have an opportunity for a Graduate Procurement Officer (Band 6) to work as part of a dynamic specialist Clinical Procurement and Market Management team, supporting the delivery of a strategic Clinical Procurement and Market Management service based in Northamptonshire.


You will:

- work as part of a dynamic specialist Clinical Procurement and Market Management team within NHS Arden GEM Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU). You will support on low to medium complex procurement projects within a portfolio of customers that delivers high value, improved patient care and cost efficiency savings across the customer base that will enable the AGCSU procurement team in delivering an effective and efficient service against the agreed work plan and key performance indicators for our customers.
- be based at our Northamptonshire office and may be required to work from home on an agreed schedule and/or at any establishment at any time throughout the duration of their contract, normally within the location of AGCSU sites or the Customer's sites, or as set out under the terms of their contract. Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, all staff are working from office / home under an agile working arrangement basis.
- be willing to or already working towards registration for full Member of Associate/Student of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).
