Quality Software Assurance Manager - UK Wide

Quality Software Assurance Manager with excellent experience around quality process improvement, quality management, quality standards, audits and either TickITplus or CMMI certified is required by a global consultancy.

You should ideally have a backgroundin software testing / software QA, helping with testing strategy around automation

Experience required

_Essential -_

TickITplus Qualification (or an equivalent quality management framework e.g. CMMI)
Experience of implementing and managing TickITplus / equivalent quality management framework quality audits.
Demonstrable experience of ability to lead, shape and manage software QA processes.
Knowledge of Agile delivery tools e.g., DevOps.

_Desirable -_

5+ years' experience of Software Test Management.
ISTQB Test Management qualification.
Demonstrable experience of ability to lead, shape and manage software Test processes, writing and developing test frameworks and test strategies.

The position can be based anywhere in the UK and be mostly remote. You must be prepared to travel a few days a month to one of the UK sites in London, Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester

For this Quality Software Assurance Manager role you will act as the business's certification lead for TickITplus, managing internal and external audits and actions, and maintaining all TickITplus documentation

This includes:

Organising and doing internal TI+ project audits.
Leading on the internal organisation processes audit.
Coordinating and leading the external TI+ audit & ensuring all TI+ related documentation is kept up to date.

Other Duties include:

Provide the overriding strategy and direction for QA within the business.
Provide strong leadership experience and capability, being accountable for the QA of all software and system testing.
Be a trusted authority within the business on QA & build, maintain and improve testing frameworks.
Be responsible for developing test reporting and metrics that can be used across project teams and shared with Senior Management and the Technical Leadership Group.
