We are currently recruiting a Service Admin Assistant to join our friendly, busy, service team in Glasgow - West End.

Required

  • Experience in accounts, sales and purchase ledger
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literacy, MS Office suite to include Excel.
  • Experience in using Sage Line50 accounts.
  • Must be confident to communicate with Clients/customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
The Purpose of the role

To provide accounts assistance to our busy accounts department


To provide excellent customer service to customers by providing accurate and timely information, a large part of this role will be understanding and managing customer's expectations whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone, directing calls and dealing with customer queries.
  • Processing purchase invoices/sales invoices and expenses on Sage Line 50
  • Typing Quotes
  • General admin/adhoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Previous experience working in busy Service Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy
  • Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
  • Ability to work within a close team environment

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
