We are currently recruiting a Service Admin Assistant to join our friendly, busy, service team in Glasgow - West End.
Required- Experience in accounts, sales and purchase ledger
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy, MS Office suite to include Excel.
- Experience in using Sage Line50 accounts.
- Must be confident to communicate with Clients/customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
To provide accounts assistance to our busy accounts department
To provide excellent customer service to customers by providing accurate and timely information, a large part of this role will be understanding and managing customer's expectations whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Answering telephone, directing calls and dealing with customer queries.
- Processing purchase invoices/sales invoices and expenses on Sage Line 50
- Typing Quotes
- General admin/adhoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Previous experience working in busy Service Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy
- Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
- Ability to work within a close team environment

From £21,000.00 per year
