Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Stall Assistant to join our team.

As a Food Stall Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the preparation and delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Wrap sandwiches and take orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Assist in stall set up and pack down
• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
• Follow food safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail
• Customeroriented approach
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations

Two Als is a busy and vibrant street food stall based at Londons busy Southbank Centre Food Market.

You will be expected to perform different roles ranging from food prep in the mornings, general food service and post service clean down.

Part-time


Pay:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
