At Team Support we are seeking hard-working and reliable refuse loaders to work in Haywards Heath.


As a refuse loader your role will be to load waste onto the collection vehicle in accordance with safe working practices.

The standard working week is 39 hours a week.

This is an excellent oppourtuinty as full training is provided along with the chance to go permanent.

We have constant long ongoing work available.


About the role:


  • Carry out collections in a neat and tidy manner ensuring spillages are cleaned up at the time of collection.
  • The collection of all forms of domestic and commercial refuse and / or recycling from any location as directed in wheeled bins, bags, boxes or other suitable containers.
  • To follow instructions given by the Team Leader / Refuse Recycling Driver Loader when on the collection round
