Job Summary:

We are currently working with one of the UK's highest performing local authorities with a requirement for an Interim Commercial Estates Surveyor offering a rate of c.£400/day.

The post holder will work closely with the Principal Surveyors on a range of assets and projects; delivering lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews, and handling disputes.

The post holder will need to demonstrate good experience of handling complex, high value and high profile transactions, as well as contentious commercial Landlord and Tenant matters

Our client is looking for an ASAP start date and the contract will run for an initial period of 6 months with the view to extend.

The role will sit inside of IR35.
