Private Nanny and Housekeeper

(4 days per week)

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm


Salary:
£12 per hour


Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care and attention to the 5monthold baby, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, changing nappies, and other related tasks as required.
• Engage the baby in stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors, to promote their physical and mental development.
• Accompany the baby on outings for fun activities, such as visits to parks, playgroups, or other childfriendly places.
• Prepare nutritious meals for the baby, following any specific dietary guidelines provided by the parents.
• Cook meals for the parents, considering their dietary preferences and any specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping duties, including tidying up, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
• Assist with general household tasks, such as grocery shopping, running errands, etc.
• Adhere to the family's routines, schedules, and guidelines regarding the baby's care and household management.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for the baby, implementing appropriate safety measures and being vigilant at all times.
• Maintain open and clear communication with the parents regarding the baby's progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise.
• Uphold the family's values, respecting their privacy and maintaining a professional and confidential approach at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in nannying and housekeeping, particularly with infants or young children.
• Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby's development.
• Energetic, funloving, and able to engage the baby in ageappropriate activities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle household tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for the baby and parents.
• Willingness to perform general housekeeping duties to support the overall household management.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs.
• First Aid training is preferred.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check or willingness to obtain one.
