Senior EMEA Rewards Specialist

About the Position:


The Senior Rewards Specialist manages the implementation of the organization's reward programs following established standards and policies, so these programs are administered effectively, compliantly, and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy for the assigned countries.

Leads program evaluation, analyzes surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare proposals and budgets. Leads the administration and monitors total rewards programs for efficiency and effectiveness for designated countries.


Main job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships to provide consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and people managers on compensation or benefit matters.
  • Manage the implementation and renewals of the organization's compensation and benefit programs to meet the organization's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Research and analyze programs/ plans and providers to develop action recommendations
  • Review compensation or benefit programs for compliance with organization policy and budget
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of trends and developments in the area of employee benefits and recommending nature and timing of benefit plan improvements
  • Manage and administer the flexible benefits for the assigned countries
  • Review and manage the invoicing for the benefits vendors
  • Review and respond to employee benefits queries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 4+ years')
  • Prior experience working on compensation and benefits programs for multiple regions/countries

  • Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills for analysis and presentation of data
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
