rthirteen are currently supporting the recruit of an
Claims Adjuster, who will be joining an established insurance specialist in their officed based in Diss.

Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as theirfirst point of contact, building strong relationships, and handling their claims.

You will work within one of the following specialist areas; accidental damage, third party or personal injury.

The day to day

  • Handling claims including validating, investigating and negotiating.
  • Effectively managing your own portfolio.
  • Providing guidance & support to not only clients but to other members of the team on your specialist area.
  • Regularly maintaining contact with clients during the claims process.
  • Developing strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

You will have/be

  • Previous insurance claims experience within either AD, TP or PI.
  • Solid understanding of insurance procedures, processes & products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt approach to all levels.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • High levels of accuracy, a keen eye for detail & a qualityoriented approach.

This is a full time, permanent position working 35.5 hours, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of up to £36,000 depending on experience.
