For this English Teacher - Merton you must be an ambitious and hungry practitioner who has a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching and a talent for pedagogy that is prominent.

An English Teacher - Merton who can plan and deliver creative, excitinglessons, you will be able to impart core ideas across to pupils in novel, interesting and comprehensible manner.
