Are you looking for the opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly growing business? Swanstaff Recruitment is looking for a Export Coordinator to join their Freight Forwarding team based in Aberdeen.


Job Title:
Export Co-ordinator


Location:
Aberdeen


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 Per annum
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

As an Export Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers to ensure a smooth export process
  • Preparing documentation for export shipments
  • Assisting with the planning of shipments
  • Processing customs entries
  • Maintaining accurate records

Requirements:


  • Previous experience within a freight forwarding environment
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
