My client is a leading provider of enterprise software looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Sales and Account Management Team.


Within the Sales and Account Management Team you will work as a Sales Administrator supporting the Account Managers with primary responsibility for all administrative tasks for all customers.


You are expected to support your colleagues at all stages of the Sales and Account Management processes to perform a number of duties, focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating activities.

You are expected to display the highest level of professionalstandards always when dealing with clients.


Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will assist in all stages of the Sales and Account management processes including, but not limited to:

  • Creating estimates
  • Following up on estimates
  • Following up and processing of customer purchase orders
  • Updating NetSuite with all opportunities
  • Arranging Account Meetings
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Ensuring Customer satisfaction with the services provided
  • Support the completion of Sales Handover documents where relevant
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Creation and sending of frequent bulletins to customers
  • Contributing to Sales and Marketing Meetings
  • Support the project office with the annual support renewals process


The above processes are part of the sales administrator role, and you may carry out or assist with one or more of these processes for any number of clients.
