Cleaning Operative Job Description:

Are you looking for a temporary cleaning position in Glasgow, South Scotland? Mitie Group Ltd is currently seeking a Cleaning Operative to work at the Northgate / 96 Milton Street location.

This temporary position starts on 10/04/2024 and ends on 30/04/2024, with shifts starting at 17:00:00 and ending at 20:00:00. The payment rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.

As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie Group Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the designated area.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Dusting and polishing surfaces
Emptying and cleaning bins
Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
Restocking supplies
Adhering to health and safety standards You will be required to work independently and efficiently to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the designated shift time. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning are essential for this role.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Good communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Flexibility to work evening shifts
