We are looking to recruit a reliable, switched on and well organised person to become a trainee service controller for a varied role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Service Issues collate issues raised from our service operatives and clients phone calls, aim for same day resolution, and monitor and update our database regards progress,
  • Daily debrief with service drivers to identify any issues needing addressed and planning the follow up service.
  • Regularly review one off service jobs and allocate to the nearest service driver using our tracker software to establish the most suitable service driver with regards to the best use of resources.
  • Complete and assign waste transfer notes, consignment notes and other relevant paperwork for service operatives.
  • Collation of information from paperwork relating to waste disposal and usage between service operatives and disposal sites.
  • Assistance with allocation and organisation of new installations for clients.
  • Assistance with allocation of service operative routes and weekly schedule movement.
  • Assistance with ensuring all holidays for service drivers are covered and resources moved to cover.
  • Recording of reports with faulty equipment / assign follow up procedures.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and mail.
  • Produce analytical reports and resolve any issues to ensure all Greenleaf clients receive their contracted service.
  • Preferred but not necessary
  • Minimum of 2 years general office experience including competent use of Microsoft and Excel. Or a graduate in Business or administration.
  • Service control or Logistics background would be advantageous.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to use initiative while problem solving on a phone call.
  • Take pride in organisation while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Salary:
£10.90-£12.00 per hour

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
