Contact Centre Advisor Required in Bristol.
- £19,307 annual starting salary

  • Bonus earned providing an uncapped ontargetearnings of £22,000£23,000 pa.
  • 37.5 hour week
  • Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:00am1:00pm


Our client, a large multi-branded car and motorcycle dealer group with over 20+ sites across South West England, are currently looking to recruit a Contact Centre Advisor for their head contact centre situated in Bristol.


Working as part of a friendly team, in this Contact Centre Advisor role your responsibilities shall include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all of our client's customers
  • Take inbound/make outbound Service & MOT appointment calls and book any work within workshop diaries
  • Undertake manufacturer campaign calls
  • Carry out follow up calls for future work identified
  • Contacting and administering online service appointment requests
  • Assist where possible with live chat enquiries
  • Assist with campaign calling
  • Collate all information and bookings accurately
  • Monitor customer feedback and report as required
  • Effectively deal with any complaints
  • Ensure Data Protection/GDPR and confidentiality is maintained at all times


In order to be eligible for this Contact Centre Advisor job you will need to be able to demonstrate good customer service capabilities with a friendly and approachable manner given you shall often be the first point of contact for any customer interacting with our client's business.


You will need to be IT literate, be a team player, capable of working towards targets/KPI's, have an attention to detail and be self-driven and reliable.

Motor trade experience is non-essential for our client but it would definitely help if you have an interest in anything automotive orientated


For your hard work as a Contact Centre Advisor our client is offering:

  • Starting salary up to £19,307 per annum
  • Access to performance related bonus scheme providing an uncapped ontargetearnings of £2223,000+ per annum
  • 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays)

Monday to Friday on a shift rota (either 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm) with 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
