There is a large emphasis on seeing analytics-enabled business change through implementation of insight-led recommendations hence, you will also need excellent communication and influencing skills to ensure you can bring multiple and varied stakeholders onthe journey.


ABOUT THE JOB

UK CRM Analytics

  • Take accountability for developing and owning the strategy for UK CRM Analytics within the UK, including how customer data is used to drive our communication strategy
  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities for business improvement and follow through to implementation
  • Ensuring timely, insightful performance evaluation is produced for UK CRM activity, you will drive future investment, strategic and development decisions

Team Leadership

  • Lead a small team of analysts based in the UK ensuring they have clear direction, workload prioritisation and personal development plans
  • Develop the team into established business partners who communicate in a way that demands action from stakeholders across the business

Being a Champion of the Customer

  • Ensure we put the customer at the heart of CRM analytics and drive customer centricity through our insight and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing channels to identify where we can use Customer data to drive customer centricity, bringing the customer to life in other channels and driving business efficiencies

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate about developing people and teams
  • Ability to work and collaborate as part of a crossfunctional team to deliver successful outcomes
  • Ability to articulate analysis for a wide variety of stakeholders with clarity and in an engaging way
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills coupled with sound commercial awareness
  • Strong, analytical problemsolving capabilities with the ability to work on own initiative and contribute to the direction of projects
  • Knowledge of how models and segmentations are used in personalisation / decisioning, ideally across multiple channels
  • Ideally have exposure to SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau or equivalent tools
  • Ideally capable and experienced in techniques to deduce from a data set the influences from different attributes e.g. multiple regression, multivariate analysis of variance, discriminant analysis
