Brierley J are currently retained by an international construction engineering company who are looking to appoint a Project Director to their Senior Leadership team.

The role will be to manage the companies' major projects which range from £40 - £60m.

The company are a Tier One contractor delivering modular construction buildings to multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing.

They deliver high quality facilities through using expert resources including an in house estimating and design team from concept through to commissioning and handover.

They are achieving their growth and ambition targets and are looking for someone who has a track record in managing single, large value projects, someone who is able to take a project from pulling together and managing a construction program, someone reallyorganised who can take total ownership of the project, operationally and commercially.

They typically operate their design and build projects on NEC3 or NEC4 type contracts and are committed to sustainability.
