About the job

Job summary:

UK Security Vetting is going through a really exciting period of modernisation, where we are starting to digitise more of what we do and trial different ways of working.

To enable this we have set up a Model Office, which is our opportunity to devise the way we work in the future.

The Model Office knits together the people, process, and technology components to allow us to work smarter and more efficiently whilst still ensuring a quality product is delivered.

The role of Team Leader will be to lead our Model Office teams, ensuring that vetting products are completed within specific time frames and with the required assurance.

You will ensure that the team performance and engagement under your leadership is optimised and that teams are as productive as they can be to meet the quantitative and qualitative customer requirements.

Along with this we want someone who is open to change and can challenge our current ways of working.
