2nd Line Support Engineer

Towcester

£27,000 - £32,000 OTE depending on experience plus incentives program

You will need a can-do attitude with an eagerness for self-development alongside previous experience within the IT Support Sector.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Inbound support request diagnosis and resolution:
  • IT all issues affecting workstations, servers, networks, data storage, etc.
  • Connectivity network and router optimisation
  • Telephony soft PBX configuration and maintenance
  • Mobile wholesale portal admin; mobile device management config/admin.
  • Provide specialist support for 8x8 and Horizon telephony systems
  • Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware
  • Identify trends adversely affecting service quality and mitigate them as appropriate

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • IT Support minimum 3 years' experience

  • VoIP Telephony system configuration and maintenance 3 years' experience
