We are recruiting for a Refuge Worker to join our team in Hillingdon.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a refuge worker within a refuge service, supporting women and their children fleeing domestic abuse.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and advocating for women and children, taking part in the on-call rota, managing day to day running of the refuge; health & safety, safeguarding and supporting the service and deputy manager.

This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies. As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
