Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity as arisen for an experienced and strategic BD Manager to join a reputable and fast-growing business specialising particularly within facilities and security services within the property market, offering a broad range of its customersa tailor-made approach.

This is a great step for someone looking to join a company with a view to progression in their career and a forward-thinking mind who can add value.

You will be responsible for new business, seeking to secure new contracts for the business and work collaborativelyacross multiple functions on various projects.

Location - Enfield - North London (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary - £40-50k + Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance
Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the team to grow business
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales on sales goals and strategies
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Business Development Executive requirements and qualifications

  • Proven Business development experience, preferably with facilities or securities management background.
  • Experience selling into the residential / commercial, and social property sectors
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's
  • Experience or familiar with CRM software
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility
