Scott Parnell Ltd has grown to become one of the leading independent civils merchants in the UK, supplying our materials to commercial and domestic customers.
Due to our ongoing growth within the company, we are looking for an experienced Yard Operative to join the team in Witham.
Duties will include
Working in both the yard and warehouses in a busy builders merchant
Keeping the site clean and tidy
Following our health and safety guidelines
Loading and unloading vehicles, checking goods are correct and damage free
Picking & Packing materials
Stock Taking
Working to deadlines
Required Skills / Experience:
- Strong customer service approach
- Team player
- Great communication skills
- Articulate and numerate
- A current licence for either a counter balance or jcb telehandler is essential
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience of working in a similar environment
