Description
Our client is a well-renowned global law firm, seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their London offices on a permanent basis.
This role could also be suited to an experienced L&D Specialist or L&D Advisor, that is ready for the next step in their L&D career.
The main responsibilities for the Learning & Development Manager will be to lead the design and delivery of learning provisions for Business Services staff within the firm.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with Managers and Heads of Service across the business to identify training needs.
- Responsible for design and implementation of learning initiatives for Business Services staff.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the firm.
- Acting as an internal consultant identifying development gaps and making learning and organisational development recommendations.
- Creating bespoke learning programmes and experiences, including facetoface and virtual, for groups across the firm.
- Liaising with external training providers in relation to existing and new training courses.
- Being involved in various projects in the firms.
