Our client is a well-renowned global law firm, seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their London offices on a permanent basis.

This role could also be suited to an experienced L&D Specialist or L&D Advisor, that is ready for the next step in their L&D career.

The main responsibilities for the Learning & Development Manager will be to lead the design and delivery of learning provisions for Business Services staff within the firm.

Duties will include:

Working closely with Managers and Heads of Service across the business to identify training needs.
Responsible for design and implementation of learning initiatives for Business Services staff.
Building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the firm.
Acting as an internal consultant identifying development gaps and making learning and organisational development recommendations.
Creating bespoke learning programmes and experiences, including facetoface and virtual, for groups across the firm.
Liaising with external training providers in relation to existing and new training courses.
Being involved in various projects in the firms.
