Hours: 36 hours, term time plus 5 days

Salary:
Grade 8 (SCP Actual Salary : £26,905 - £29,365)

Are you looking to work in a friendly, collaborative and dynamic Pastoral/Inclusion Faculty? Are you passionate about supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint a motivated, committed, and enthusiastic Intervention Lead.

As Intervention Lead you will support the Pastoral Team by leading a triage/intervention area whilst addressing the needs of students who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning with a key focus on improving engagement.

You will assist Pastoral Leaders with improving student behaviour and support student's social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Interviews will take place on a date to be agreed.
