Description
As an Advanced Dental Nurse, your responsibilities will include supporting dentists in delivering a range of dental treatments to patients, maintaining a smooth-running surgery, and mentoring other nurses.
Role Duties:
- Supporting clinicians in delivering a full range of highquality dental treatments to patients, both NHS and private
- Helping to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice
- The opportunity to support the development of other nurses through mentoring
Essential Skills:
- Be passionate about caring for patients
- Be able to work well as part of a team, establish a good rapport and articulate information clearly
- Be GDCregistered as a dental nurse (or already registered on a training programme)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good IT skills, such as experience with R4, although this is not essential
