We are looking for a payroll implementation specialist to lead all payroll related activities for 7 UK entities (more than 1,000 employees) in a Payroll migration project.

_Key duties include:
_

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and finance teams, to gather requirements and deliver against the project scope
-
Support the ongoing implementation of the Payroll transformation project.

Gather and ensure accurate data to transfer between providers.
-
Work with project team stakeholders on configuration, user acceptance testing using JIRA ticketing and training.
-
Execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and data deliverables
-
Ensure accuracy of pay elements during migration stage
-
Configuring the new payroll system rules in line with the target operating model
-
Coordinate parallel runs escalate issues as required
-
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the accuracy and integrity of migrated data
-
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise

Support the HR team during the hypercare phase

Are you a MATCH?:


_Essential knowledge and know-how specific to the role: _
-
Experience in payroll implementation and project management
-
Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and best practices
-
Experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.)
-
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in working with data
-
Proven ability to deliver against a number of conflicting deadlines
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with ability to confidently present and communicate to management
-
Be able to successfully collaborate with team members and customers in remote settings
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

Experience with Alight payroll implementation

Experience using Workday
