Who are we?
We're a fun, entrepreneurial digital marketing team based in Birmingham.

What do we do?
We help ecommerce brands across the world grow through creative and data-driven social media marketing campaigns. We work with 7-figure businesses in health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, toys and more.


What's the role?
You'll be a key player supporting our senior team to boost performance for clients. You'll also get your own clients to manage once up to speed.


Day-to-day you'll:


  • Optimize paid social campaigns with £100k+ budgets
  • Project manage a small team creating new ads
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Test new strategies based on data and feedback
  • Identify what works well to maximize returns
  • Research why some ads perform better
  • Constantly investigate better ways to spend budgets

What skills do you need?

  • Real track record for growth marketing
  • Excellent with numbers
  • Quick to pick up new software
  • Up for fastchanging startup environment
  • Keen to learn on the job
  • Solutionfocused
  • Previous growth marketing experience

Salary:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
