CloudStratex (CSX) is a rapidly growing UK company that helps Enterprise clients effectively leverage next generation IT services and accelerate towards self-sufficiency.

We do this by providing client-side incubation support with ready-made out-of-the box capability supported by smart, execution-focussed practitioners.

The project:
As a consultant, the role will be developing and leading the ITOM engagement.

It will interface to larger wider piece of work, so it is expected that there will be regular communicate and updates to a wider programme team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing workshop and meeting scheduling, capturing minutes and actions, tracking and reporting on actions to completion.
• Understanding current ways of working, issues and gaps.
• Capturing and building out requirements for the operating model.
• Playing back a strawman design and then final detailed target operating model design following gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Defining roles and creating a RACI for new ways of working.
• Proposing interim remediation options.
• Proposing an implementation approach and plan/roadmap to embed within customer.
