Our Client in Coventry is looking for a Sheet metal worker that has experience with galvanised sheet metal.

Job Title:
Sheet Metal Worker

Shifts:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Salary:
£13.00 to £15.00 (DOE)

Duties

Manufacturing bespoke Air handling units, silencers, and duct from Galvanised steel sheets
Metal size 0.9mm up to 3.0mm
Use hydraulic presses and cutting machines to bend and cut sheet
Experience in working with galvanised sheet metal preferred
Understand Technical drawings and Sketches

Experience

You will need to bring your own basic hand tools
Able to Lift heavy materials and tools
Good Maths skills preferred
Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed. Be responsible for your own Health and Safety as well as those around you.
Able to work as part of a small team in a responsible manner, and take instructions
Work to a high standard at all times
Liaise with workshop foreman and site employees
