The role


You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues, People Services Operations Managers, drive a centralised People Service to provide a first class, customer focused and best practice recruitment and onboarding service within the organisation.


This post holder will lead on the recruitment of Senior roles including the delivery of an end-to-end Executive Recruitment service and other recruitment as required within the organisation.


Skills and experience

  • Communication skills e.g. leading meetings with hiring managers, asking leading questions to add value to Exec searches, presenting data to units and communicating ways forward for recruitment campaigns.
  • Proven experience to work towards strategic objectives through recruitment, including meeting equality, diversity and inclusion targets
  • Experience of managing Executive Recruitment campaigns for senior roles within a complex organisation.
