Description
To Prepare sales invoices with all the necessary backup which will be client or contract specific

To be able to allocate relevant costs to each sales invoices

Checking and querying sales invoices with Project Teams

Maintenance of spread sheets

Ensure all work is processed in accordance with quality procedures

Credit control and dealing with client queries

Provide management and directors with any relevant accounts information that may be requested from time to time

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
