*About the Support worker role:

You must be able to provide support to the service user, in his own home by assisting with:

  • Outings, activities, and social engagement
  • Grocery shopping and meal preparation
  • Personal care requirements showering, grooming, or getting ready for the day
  • Light household cleaning
  • Reliable
  • Flexible approach
  • Laid back and easy going
  • Calm
  • Kind and supportive
  • Patient
  • Good active listening skills

  • Keeping the home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
